Find out what AI assistants actually say about your business
Measure, understand and improve how your business appears in AI-generated answers.
People ask AI assistants which business to use, and the assistant replies with a short list of names drawn from whatever it can find and interpret. TendorAI measures what those answers actually say about your business, records them as evidence, works out what the evidence supports, improves what AI can find about you, and measures again against the same questions.
From £595 one-off. AI Visibility Growth £1,995 per month on an initial three-month term. Arranged on a call.
How TendorAI works
Four stages, one continuous cycle. Every figure traces back to a recorded answer.
- 01
Measure
We run a defined question set repeatedly and record the answers, mentions and sources cited.
Repeated runs show a pattern rather than relying on one answer
- 02
Find
We identify where your business appears, where it does not, how it is described, and what the evidence shows.
Every finding is backed by recorded answers and evidence
- 03
Act
We agree the priorities with you and improve the content, data and third-party evidence available about your business.
You approve every change before it goes live
- 04
Remeasure
We run the same measurement again and compare the results with your baseline.
The same question set makes the comparison meaningful
Every change is recorded with its date, so the next measurement can be read against it.
Monitor-only tools tell you the building is on fire. Agencies put the fire out. TendorAI does both.
The current options are expensive,
slow, or built for Google — not AI
Most businesses are paying for visibility work that does not address how people increasingly find a business in the first place — by asking an AI assistant.
GEO Agencies
- Optimise for how AI answers are produced
- No measurement of your own recorded answers
- No baseline to compare a later run against
Lead Generation
- Shared with competitors
- No control over quality
- Pay-per-click model
- No AI visibility
SEO Agencies
- Concerned with how pages rank in search
- A different question from what an assistant answers
- Worth doing, and not a substitute for measuring AI answers
Review platforms charge for review management alone — which does not cover what AI assistants can read about your business, or give you a measurement of what they currently say.

TendorAI profiles are built from authoritative UK sources — the SRA Solicitors Register, the ICAEW Chartered Accountant directory, the FCA Financial Services Register, Propertymark and Companies House — so the information about your business is accurate and checkable against the register it came from.
Where our measurement experience runs deepest
TendorAI works with businesses generally. These are the areas where we have built the most measurement experience and published the most evidence — a description of depth, not a restriction on who we work with.
Regulated professional services
Where a business is on a public register — the SRA, ICAEW, the FCA, Propertymark — there is a verifiable record of who it is and what it is authorised to do. That makes it a good place to measure what assistants get right and wrong, and it is where our published research started.
Complex B2B markets
Long consideration, several decision-makers, and buyers who ask specific comparative questions rather than one generic one. A question set has to reflect how those buyers actually ask, which is the part a template gets wrong.
Businesses where evidence matters
Accreditations, registrations, coverage and specialisms are the details an assistant has to get right for an answer to be useful. Where those details are inconsistent across public sources, the recorded answers tend to show it.
Our published research so far covers SRA-regulated solicitors — one sector, on a stated question panel, in a stated window. It is not evidence about other sectors, and we do not present it as any. Read the research.
If your business appears on one of those public registers, it may already have a TendorAI profile built from that register entry. Claim your profile to check and correct what it says. It is free, and it is separate from the measurement work above.
How we use it
We run TendorAI on TendorAI
TendorAI Ltd — Cwmbran, Wales
We run TendorAI on TendorAI. We were not named in answers about our own category and had no evidence about why, so we built the thing we needed: a way to put a fixed set of buyer questions to AI assistants, record what came back, and measure the same questions again later to see what had moved.
The platform you are looking at is that system, and we are a customer of it. We measure our own visibility on the same fixed question set we use for clients, we keep the recorded answers, and we compare each measurement against the one before it.

What we will not tell you is that this guarantees anything. We do not control what an AI assistant says about any business, including our own. What we can show you is the measurement, the recorded answers behind it, and what changed between one run and the next.
